To access Connectix VPN services, we don’t have in-app and digital registration. Instead, to create an account, please contact one of our local authorized sellers in your country. Our trusted sellers will guide you through the account creation process and provide you with a unique random username and password in a scratch-off card. The account creation process only requires an email address, and we do not receive or store any other personal information.

c. Crash Reports:

To enhance the troubleshooting and improvement of Connectix VPN, users have the option to provide feedback within the app. We recommend refraining from sharing personally identifiable information in your feedback. However, if you would like our team to follow up with you or assist with troubleshooting, you can share your email address or Telegram username through the in-app feedback form. In the event of a Connectix VPN crash or fatal exception, or if you manually send feedback through the app, the following information will be shared with us:

• Unique Random ID for Device and Report
• User's connected country
• Date and time of the crash/exception
• Operating system name and version
• Mobile Phone model (if applicable)
• Browser (if applicable)
• Connectix VPN version and build number
• Usage Information of Connectix VPN Service

d. Payment Information:

At present, we do not have an online payment gateway for online subscription purchases within the app. To create an account or make a subscription payment, you will need to contact one of our local authorized sellers. Our valid sellers will assist you with the account creation process by providing you a random username and password in a scratch-off card and accept manual payments. Please note that during the manual payment process, you will be required to provide necessary payment details directly to our authorized sellers. We do not collect or store any payment information within the app or our systems digitally.

e. Usage Information of Connectix VPN Application:

When using our services, we collect usage data such as the amount of data transferred per hour and the country from which you connect. However, we do not collect information regarding the specific websites you visit, services you access, your online activity, or your IP address assigned by your internet service provider.

f. Usage Information of Connectix VPN Website:

Our website uses "cookies," a technology that installs information on a user's computer to recognize future visits.
